DELIVERY

We offer door-to-door courier service via Dawn Wing and The Courier Guy. Some large items are available for collection at our warehouse in Epping (this option will be available at checkout if it applies to the product).

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

We have a flat courier rate for most of our products nationwide. Some of our larger items incur extra courier fees, which will be displayed in the product description. If you purchase other goods with this large item, you will only be charged the larger item’s shipping rate.

  • Standard Courier: R85 (Flat Rate)
  • Large Items Courier: R150+

Courier within Cape Town takes 1-2 working days and other areas between 2-3 working days. Please also note the lead times on the manufacture of certain products.

RETURNS

If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in saleable condition.

If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on orders@simplychild.co.za so that we can make it right.

PAYMENT

We have 2 payment options when buying online from Simply Child:

1. EFT via iPay

Select this option at checkout, and you will be able to do an EFT via iPay.

2. Pay online with Visa or Mastercard:

We use Peach Payments gateway to process credit cards on our website. This is 100% safe and protected by Thawte security. Enter your credit card details directly on the payment page and your order will be processed immediately. There is an option to store your credit card information for future purposes, should you so wish. Your information is 100% safe and secure.
