The majority of our products are made by our awesome team in our factory in Epping. A few of our products are made by other talented designers and crafters, all locally sourced from South Africa.

All orders are send with Dawn Wing couriers. You can track your parcel using the tracking number we have sent you using these methods:

My product is damaged on delivery, what can I do? 2017-04-03T13:19:45+00:00

If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on orders@simplychild.co.za so that we can make it right.

Can I return a product if I change my mind? 2017-04-03T10:44:44+00:00

Yes. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in saleable condition.

The majority of our products have a standard R85 courier charge. Larger items like furniture have a higher courier charge, which you will notice at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order? 2017-06-14T13:55:42+00:00

All orders are shipped within 2-5 working days (if not sooner!). Some of our products have longer lead times like our furniture items.(usually 1-2 weeks). Please note these lead times on the product description page. If you are unsure please call Claudia on 083 6555 885. If you are in Cape Town your product will take 1 day once shipped and elsewhere 2-3 working days.

If you have a really urgent order please email us on orders@simplychild.co.za and we will see what we can do to meet your deadline and get it out sooner.
